Francesca Parkinson – Owner, DR
I had my first Real Estate “experience” in the early 1980’s. One of my sons called me and said, “Mother, I wish you to be the Director of Development for a Retirement Project I am doing.” So, my initial instinctive approach to this challenge was to study everything I could find on Retirement homes and Communities in Massachusetts. My second was to hire a consultant.
Our Project was named Salisbury Hollow. After doing “everything that was right,” we learned that, despite doing “everything that was right,” sometimes outside events will do just as much to determine success or failure as knowledge or consultants!
Having been challenged by this experience, I decided to get my Brokers License and embark on a Real Estate career. My choice was Ermine Lovell Real Estate. My choice was a natural one, as Ermine shared my passion for the environment and for this beautiful piece of land that is Cape Cod. In addition to selling Real Estate she was very active in preserving it through her founding of The Salt Pond Area Bird Sanctuaries. One of the first Conservation Associations on Cape Cod
Working with Ermine was where my Real Estate education began. Hard work and long hours may sound old fashioned, but I soon found out that they are the prime ingredients to success in Real Estate. Sensitivity and caring for others was instinctive to me as was my desire to do the very best I could for the person I was working with. While many times, selling Real Estate on the Cape means helping someone find their perfect vacation or retirement home…the place they have always dreamed of, it can also mean helping those that are struggling with adversity. So, when I read and hear about the cycles and reversals we are encountering right now, my inner voices says to me, “so, is this really that different?”
When Ermine retired the Agency was passed to me but the commitment remained the same.
Every experience is my teacher and every transaction another step. Taking steps and constant learning is what being a Realtor is all about. Whether it is helping someone find a one week rental or selling a waterfront estate that has been in the family for generations, care, understanding and diligence are what my clients expect from me and is what I am committed to giving them.
As a Realtor, accomplishments are what make our reputations. The fact that my accomplishments have led to so many wonderful friendships was something I did not know would happen when I said yes to my son’s request.
Following my instincts have helped me to make Ermine Lovell Real Estate the company it is today. It makes us proud to say, “Celebrating 75 Years” of service to the Community.

Kimberly Kisiel Stockwell - Broker
Kim started her real estate career in 1992 in Falmouth.
She spent her childhood summers in the areas of Cataumet, Pocasset, and Falmouth. Her parents built their summer home in West Falmouth when Kim was in high school. She spent her summers enjoying sailing, swimming and tennis.
After graduating from Wheaton College, Kim moved to Falmouth year round in 1990 She and her husband bought their first house in North Falmouth in 1991. She decided, after going thru the experience of purchasing a home, that it was something she was interested in doing for a living.
“My father has been in commercial real estate all his life. I remember my dad would take us out on weekends to look at the latest industrial park he was trying to rent, buy or sell. I guess real estate is just in my blood”.
Kim also has taken many different opportunities in her career to further her knowledge in the business. In 1996 she was offered a position at Ballymeade Country Club and Estates to work with the partnership developer in selling a combination of homes, townhomes and land. She worked there for six years, in her final three years becoming the director of sales. She was then asked to join The Pinehills development and assist in developing their custom homes sales team. After two years at The Pinehills she decided going back to traditional real estate sales which would be better suited for her life as a mother with two young children. Her two children have been at Cape Cod Academy in Osterville for four years. Kim was a class parent representative the past two years.
Kim joined Francesca Parkinson, Ermine Lovell Real Estate in 2010 after five years with Kinlin Grover Real Estate. She brings her experience, knowledge and personal service with her. Pat Dillon
Pat joined Francesca Parkinson at Ermine Lovell Real Estate in 2010 after 6 years with Kinlin Grover. Having had a highly successful 25 year career in High Tech (Telecommunications marketing and consulting) she was an award winning Realtor right from the start. She was able to bring her professionalism and business skills "over the bridge" and put them right to work.
"The opportunity to work with Francesca was one I could not pass up. We had collaborated on several transactions in the past few years and when she asked if I would consider joining her at Ermine Lovell Real Estate, I realized I could not say no."
A resident of Falmouth since 1993, Pat was fortunate to have spent her childhood on the Cape (East Brewster) and her college years working there (Harwich, Dennis & Chatham) as well...giving her a knowledge of the Lower and Mid Cape areas that most natives don't have.
"While that knowledge does not matter quite so much when working with sellers, where my marketing background comes into play, I find really knowing the Cape invaluable when helping buyers find the perfect home. Each town is so different. Often my clients will have a good idea of what they are looking for in terms of style, price range, beach, boating, view, and convenience. What they tell me they want may just not exist in the town or village that they first focus on...if it did it would make my job too easy. I love the challenge of helping people find just the right property...be it a first time buyer on a budget or client with no budget at all. It's a challenge and a passion. I love what I do!"
You can be confident that if your dream house exists, Pat will find it for you....or the lot on which to build it.
